Turfmaster Facility Management is owned by directors, Steven Few and Brett Johnson, and is managed by a strong team of qualified and experienced senior managers responsible for ensuring client needs are met.
Steven and Brett bring over 45 years of business and practical experience to the company.
They remain active members of the management team and enjoy a wealth of respect from many long-term clients for their knowledge and expertise in the turf care industry.
In his role as director, Steven brings to the company a breadth of knowledge and experience in regard to business development and operational aspects, which assist both Turfmaster Facility Management, and our client base.
His experience in the provision of park management services at a local government level is evidenced by his previous senior positions in major local government authorities and with Landcorp.
His exposure to the latest in local government service delivery discussions and associated issues, stands him in a good stead to ensure the company provides responsive services.
Management and field operations are underpinned by our office support systems, led by Brett. Our Quality Assurance programs and certification has been established and are monitored by Brett on a quarterly basis in line with audit requirements.
Together with support staff, Brett ensures all the necessary company back up including payroll, QA, internal accounting, reception and secretarial duties, computing and IT support.
Our systems are coupled with a team that executes everytime thanks to the systems and processes the company set.
